Why drinking water is important to our survival. We lose water by way of urination, sweating and respiration. We also lose more water from our body when we are active. When the body has less water when we urinate we get a strong odor, and the urine is yellow (amber). This means our body is running out of water. The reason for the colour is that the urine takes out part of our body vitamins that is not good for the body. Beware, sometimes if you are on strong medication the colour of urine may change, that is not due to lack of water in the body.
